Labourers

 Starting Monday 17th August | 6 Week Assignment | £12.71 per hour + Bonus

We are currently recruiting for Labourers to support an established engineering company with the relocation of its stores area from one site to another.

This is a very hands-on, manual role and would suit someone who is reliable and comfortable with heavy lifting and working on their feet throughout the day.

The responsibilities for the labourer position:  Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for helping to safely and efficiently move stock, equipment and materials between the two sites.

• Moving heavy stock, equipment and materials
• Loading and unloading items safely
• Organising and relocating stores equipment
• Keeping the work area tidy and organised
• Following manual handling and health & safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to ensure the relocation is completed within the 6-week assignment

For this Labourer role we are looking for candidates who are:

• Comfortable with heavy lifting
• Reliable and hardworking
• Happy working in a very manual environment
• Able to work as part of a team
• Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
• Available for the full 6-week assignment

Current driving licence would be advantageous as you could help with driving between the locations.
