Class 1 (HGV Class 1 / C+E) Driver – Temp to Perm (Day Shifts)

Location: Redditch

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a temp-to-permanent opportunity based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering stable, full-time employment, regular day shifts, and competitive rates of pay.

Available Day Shift Patterns & Pay

Monday to Friday (Day Shifts) – £155.65 per shift (£174.44 Rolled Up)

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles in accordance with all road traffic legislation and company policies.
• Complete scheduled deliveries and collections efficiently and professionally.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
• Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company.
• Comply with all Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and tachograph regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• A minimum of two years’ Class 1 driving experience is essential.
• Good knowledge of UK driving legislation and compliance requirements.
• A professional, reliable, and safety-focused approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
