The Role

As a Valuer, you will:

• Carry out market appraisals and valuations
• Win new business and secure instructions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
• Provide expert advice on pricing and the local property market
• Manage the sales process from valuation through to completion
• Conduct viewings where required
• Negotiate offers and achieve the best possible results
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Represent the company professionally within the local market
• Work closely with the wider team to maximise sales opportunities

Valuer Requirements

• Proven experience as a Valuer within estate agency
• A strong track record of winning instructions
• Excellent knowledge of the Norwich property market
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• A confident and professional manner
• The ability to build strong relationships with clients
• A target-driven and motivated approach
• Excellent customer service skills
• A genuine passion for property
