A top pioneering firm is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Director to oversee complex contract portfolios, champion operational governance, and lead multi-disciplinary teams toward sustainable growth.

In this high-visibility leadership role, you will hold overall accountability for operational outcomes, financial performance, and governance across key strategic engagements. You will serve as a primary advisor to top-tier executives, bridging business goals with flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational & Commercial Governance: Drive end-to-end performance across major initiatives to ensure strict alignment with financial, contractual, and quality benchmarks.
• Executive Relationship Building: Act as a trusted strategic advisor, working alongside top stakeholders to align delivery roadmaps with broader business goals.
• Portfolio Expansion: Spot organic growth pathways, identifying ways to add value and expand partner engagements through proactive advisory.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide and mentor cross-functional team leads, resolving complex operational friction points and setting high standards for execution.
• Process Optimization & Risk Management: Establish best-in-class methodologies, proactive risk-mitigation frameworks, and continuous improvement standards across the practice.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Leadership: Extensive experience operating at a senior director or executive level managing complex, multi-team delivery environments.
• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated success in account delivery, financial stewardship, resource forecasting, and contract management.
• Master Negotiator & Advisor: Exceptional communication skills with a history of influencing senior leadership and navigating complex corporate matrix structures.
• Strategic Planning: Deep expertise in scoping, capacity planning, and establishing robust project governance frameworks from inception to maturity.
• Change Champion: A forward-thinking leader passionate about modernizing delivery frameworks and elevating overall organizational capability.
