About the Role

Join our community care team to support individuals in living safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. You will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's daily routine and care plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility support, and medication administration.

• Support with practical household tasks, meal preparation, and shopping.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Maintain accurate care records and report changes in needs.

Requirements

• Gender Requirement: Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) applies for female candidates due to personal care duties.

• Driving: Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Qualities: Empathetic, reliable, strong communication skills, and commitment to dignity in care.

• Qualifications: SVQ Level 2/3 in Social Services & Healthcare (or willingness to work towards it).
