Role and Responsibilities


Facilitate AI project delivery using a structured methodology to ensure objectives are clearly defined and met.
Provide coaching and support to the IT department to enhance understanding and implementation of AI technologies.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers and technical teams, to align project strategies and enhance efficiency.
Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to guarantee timely and successful delivery.
Organize training and development sessions to boost the skills of team members across the ongoing and upcoming AI projects.


Key Skills


Proven experience as a Development Manager in IT projects, preferably in an Asset Management environment.
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence application and management.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team facilitation skills.
Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
