We are looking for a School Receptionist who is dependable, organised and efficient to work at a fast pace all through school to work from Monday-Friday and 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
When you work in this school your responsibilities will include:
- Representing the school in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answering general telephone and face to face enquiries and signing in visitors
- Assist in arrangements for school trips, events
- Provide general admin support such as photocopying, filing, faxing, e-mailing
- Sort and distribute mail
- Ensure reprographics requests are fulfilled on time;
- Undertake general administrative procedures
- Maintain and collate pupil reports
- Assist in ordering uniform
- Provide general advice and guidance to staff, pupils and others

These are some of the requirements that we need from you:
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one which Randstad can support you on
- Experience working in school and with children or young people with additional care needs
- Proof of your eligibility to work in the UK together with a few other documents
- 2 recent professional references
- Committed, flexible and enthusiastic
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Considerable experience of the schools computerised database, SIMS
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set and work to agreed targets and work schedules
