We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker for Children & Families, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable children and families, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments to determine the needs of children and families
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Providing support and guidance to children and families
• Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
• Participating in case conferences and reviews

Requirements:

• A recognized Social Work qualification
• Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
• Experience working with children and families
• Should be under the PVG Scheme
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
