Prison-Based Social Worker

Randstad is looking for a Social Worker to be based in a Glasgow, supporting individuals within the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to support offender rehabilitation.
• Provide tailored interventions to address offending behaviour.
• Work closely with prison staff and probation officers to ensure public protection.
• Support offenders in preparing for release and reintegration.

Requirements:

• Social Work qualification and SSSC registration.
• Experience in a prison or criminal justice setting.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment frameworks.
