Management Accountant

Lincoln, UK Chase and Holland Management Accountant – Lincolnshire – Up to £55,000 Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a fast-growing, family-run business in Lincoln to recruit a Management Accountant to join their expanding finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified CIMA/ACCA accountant or experienced part-qualified/finalist to take on a varied role within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting financial performance, improving processes and providing meaningful insight to support business growth. The Role: Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow Supporting annual budgeting and forecasting Providing variance analysis and financial insight to support decision-making Analysing and managing costs, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and profitability Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock valuation/reporting Managing month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments and reconciliations Supporting strong financial controls and compliance Assisting with VAT returns and other financial requirements Supporting improvements to financial systems and processes Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the wider businessYou'll ideally have: CIMA/ACCA qualification or be at a later stage of your studies Strong stock/inventory management experience Experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment would be advantageous Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced SME environment A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to process improvementsWhat's on Offer?
