On behalf of our esteemed client, a leading practice/consultancy firm renowned for innovative solutions in the information technology space, we are seeking a diligent and experienced ServiceNow Analyst for a contract position within their Information Technology department.

Role & Responsibilities


Conduct detailed systems testing to ensure optimal functionality of ServiceNow implementations.
Work collaboratively with IT teams to identify and resolve systems issues.
Prepare detailed reports on systems performance and testing outcomes.
Assist in the development and updating of system documentation to support new and ongoing ServiceNow deployments.
Provide training and support to users on new system features and functionalities.
