Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We’re recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil at a welcoming specialist school in Godalming.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping one child access learning, build confidence and achieve their individual goals within a supportive educational environment.
The Role

Provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day.
Adapt learning activities to meet the pupil’s individual needs.
Encourage engagement, independence and positive behaviour.
Work closely with the class teacher and wider SEND team.
Foster a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

About You

Experience supporting children or young people with SEND is desirable.
Patient, caring and resilient, with a positive attitude.
Able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle due to the school’s rural location.
