Do you have the resilience, patience and passion to support young people with social, emotional and mental health needs?
We’re recruiting Behaviour Mentors to join a specialist SEMH school in West Drayton. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils who require consistency, encouragement and positive role models to help them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
The Role
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEMH needs.
Build positive relationships that promote trust, confidence and engagement.
Support pupils with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour support strategies.
Help create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment.
About You
Experience working with children or young people, ideally within education, SEMH, SEND, care or youth work.
Calm, resilient and confident supporting pupils with behaviours that may challenge.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Passionate about helping young people succeed.
