Labourer

Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a CSCS Labourer to join the team at Swindon Site to support one of leading developers.

• Job Title: Site Labourer
• Location: Swindon, SN4
• Rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour (Experience depending)
• Duration: Ongoing / Long-term

The Role

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable General Labourer to join the team at the prestigious residential development in Swindon. You will be working on a major residential project for a leading UK housebuilder, assisting with the final stages of current phases and the start of new groundworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized site environment.
• Assisting skilled trades (Carpenters, Bricklayers, and Dryliners).
• Moving materials and unloading deliveries safely.
• Ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed strictly.
• Assisting the Site Management team with daily tasks.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card
• Full PPE (Hard hat, High-vis, Steel toe-cap boots).
• Previous experience on a busy residential construction site.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to provide at least one professional reference.
