Weighbridge Operator / Administrator

Recruiting a Weighbridge Operator for our client in Ockendon/Pitsea, Essex. Ongoing and full time work with no current end date. There is a temp to perm possibility with the client. Candidates will need to be able drive as you will be required to travel to both Ockendon and Pitsea sites – public transport links are not available for this area.

Shifts and Pay Rates for Weighbridge Operators:

• 7am – 4pm £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Friday, Saturday shift can be available

Experience with administration and computers is preferred, training for this role starts at the Ockendon site from week commencing 24/08/26 onwards.

Daily Duties of a Weighbridge Operators will be:

• Completing inspection sheets
• Booking other site visitors in and out
• Updating records on computer systems
• Answering phone enquiries
• Dealing with other administrative tasks
• Checking and logging drivers details as they come in and out of the site
• Weighing lorries when they arrive and leave
