Maintenance Engineer

Kidderminster

Rotational Shift Pattern – Monday to Friday – 06:00–14:00/14:00-22:00

Our client is a well-established manufacturer of custom products. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing manufacturing machinery.

Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

–          Fault find, repair and calibrate production machinery.

–          Ensure that production downtime is kept to a minimum.

–          Provide technical support to the production team and the wider engineering team.

–          Fault find and repair PLCs.

–          Carry out electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

–          Assist with machine installations.

–          Assist with general facilities maintenance.

Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

–          Previously worked in a Maintenance Engineering position.

–          Must be electrically qualified with certificates.

–          PLC fault finding experience, inputs and outputs.

–          Must be able to work to engineering drawings including electrical and pneumatic.

–          Must be able to identify faults and carry out machine repairs.

–          Experienced working to a PPM schedule.
