Colour Mixer/ Production Operative Monday to Friday | Full-Time | Immediate Start JLC Workforce Solutions are recruiting on behalf of one of our established manufacturing clients for a Colour Mixer / Production Operative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with precision and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for mixing colours and materials to exact specifications while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Mixing colours and materials accurately to production formulas.
• Measuring and weighing ingredients.
• Following manufacturing instructions and quality procedures.
• Recording batch information.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous colour mixing or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential.
• A Chemistry GCSE, A-Level, BTEC, NVQ or equivalent qualification would be beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Full-time
