Actuarial Analyst- Advanced

Oliver James are pleased to be working with an established U.S. health insurer is looking to hire an Advanced Actuarial Analyst into its growing actuarial team.
Joining a close-knit actuarial function, you'll benefit from strong one-to-one mentorship and visibility while gaining broad exposure across pricing, reserving, forecasting, trend analysis and wider actuarial analytics.
Role requirements:

Approximately 1+ year of relevant actuarial experience
Strong progress through the SOA exams, with 3+ exams passed
Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or another quantitative discipline
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working with data and producing meaningful analysis
Excel proficiency; SQL, R, Python, Tableau or Power BI exposure is advantageous
