MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Northampton (NN1), Northamptonshire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Full or part-time opportunity.
• Practice is open Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm.
• Option to offer evenings.
• Permanent Associate role (self-employed).

Remuneration & Earnings:

• Negotiable UDA target & rate.
• 50% Private split.
• Dentists will have clinical freedom.
• Opportunity to build Private alongside NHS.
• In-house training and development opportunities.
• Co-funded postgraduate courses.
• Typical earnings of £55,000-£170,000 depending on days worked, UDA target & Private skillset.

Practice Overview:

• 9 surgery dental practice, with 14 clinicians in situ.
• Digital X-rays, Airflow, Rotary Endo, Implant Motor, Microscope, CBCT, Ceph, and OPG Machine.
• Support from qualified Nurses and Hygienists.
• Dentist will be working in a surgery with natural light.
• Established team of Associate Dentists, Hygienists and Nurses trained in Sedation and Radiography.
• Option to refer out to Orthodontists, Endodontists, Oral Surgeons and Periodontists.

Location & Travel:

• Onsite parking is available.
• Commutable from Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering,  Corby, Daventry, Rushden,  Towcester, and Market Harborough
• 10 minute walk from train station.
• Direct trains from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Rugby and Long Buckby.
• Practice is based in a residential area, a short journey from the town centre.

Essential Requirements:

• GDC Registered Dentist
• Active Performer Number
• Enhanced DBS Certificate
