Accounts Administrator

My client is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team, this role would suit someone with some previous finance and/ or accounts experience OR keen to join the industry and build a career.

Salary: up to 30k

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk

They are looking for someone who is confident talking to debtors and has an analytical approach and previous administrative experience.

Accounts Administrator duties:

• Consistently working to role’s task list, ensuring tasks are completed
• Bank reconciliation
• Approval of purchase invoices/ dealing with invoice queries
• Checking receipt bank
• Inbox management
• Debt chasing
• Weekly payment of Suppliers/expenses and P&L updates
• End of month accounts prep
• Equipment hire – preparing and sending customer contract renewal
• Sending customer account statements
• Reconciling accounts
