The Role

As the company’s first dedicated marketing hire, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads and strengthen client relationships. You’ll enjoy a varied role with plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to influence business growth, while gaining exposure across every aspect of marketing. As the business expands, there will be genuine opportunities to build and lead a marketing team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media channels.
• Analyse campaign performance and produce insightful reports.
• Create engaging content across digital platforms.
• Work closely with clients to support marketing initiatives.
• Help shape the company’s long-term marketing strategy.

Requirements

• A relevant degree
• At least 6 months experience in a Marketing position, preferable B2B marketing in a commercial environment
