Are you an experienced technology consultant who thrives on solving complex business challenges and shaping technology strategy?

We’re looking for a Senior Technology Consultant / Technology Consulting Lead to play a pivotal role in developing technology consulting services, supporting major client engagements, and helping organisations deliver successful digital transformation initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing consultancy where you’ll combine strategic advisory work with hands-on consulting leadership, working alongside senior stakeholders to turn complex business challenges into practical, commercially successful solutions.

The Role

You’ll work across the full consulting lifecycle, including:

• Leading client discovery workshops and advisory engagements
• Developing technology strategies and transformation roadmaps
• Creating Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals and business cases
• Supporting complex bids and public sector procurement opportunities
• Shaping delivery approaches and providing consulting assurance
• Developing repeatable consulting services and methodologies
• Working with sales and delivery teams to create compelling client propositions
• Driving the adoption of AI-enabled consulting tools and knowledge management

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Significant experience within a technology consultancy, systems integrator or professional services environment
• A strong background delivering digital and technology transformation
• Experience writing and reviewing Statements of Work, proposals and business cases
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage CIOs, CTOs and senior business leaders
• Broad understanding of cloud technologies, digital transformation, data, AI, cyber security and enterprise technology
• Commercial awareness with experience balancing delivery quality, scope and profitability

Desirable Experience

• Public sector/Government consulting experience
• Experience with public-sector frameworks such as Digital Outcomes and Specialists, G-Cloud, Management Consultancy Framework, or equivalent routes to market.
• Knowledge of G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes & Specialists, Management Consultancy Frameworks or similar procurement routes
• Experience within highly regulated sectors such as Government, NHS, Utilities, Defence or Policing
• Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, SAFe or equivalent methodologies
• Experience building consulting capabilities, reusable frameworks and service offerings
