Aston Manor Academy are seeking to appoint a confident, committed and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor, the role has arisen due to the resignation of the long standing post holder. The successful candidate will supervise the whole class during short-term absence of the class teacher under the guidance of teaching/senior staff, including implementing work programs, managing pupils’ behavior and assisting pupils in relevant activities in line with the school’s policies and procedures.
