Night Site Manager

Location and Working Pattern

Slough
Nights: 5:30pm to 6:00am
Approx. 3-month contract (until December)
Weekend work required

 
Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all night-shift site activities including subcontractor teams
Ensure health and safety compliance and enforcement of RAMS, permits, and site rules
Track progress against programme milestones and report issues promptly
Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and access control
Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with the day team for seamless project handovers
Support commissioning tasks as needed
Ensure adherence to client and statutory compliance requirements

 
Must-have Requirements

Proven experience as Night Manager, Construction Manager, or similar in large-scale projects
Background in data centres, complex industrial builds, or high-spec technical environments (desirable)
Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and CDM awareness
Ability to manage and direct night-shift operations independently
Willingness to work regular weekends as part of the shift pattern
