Night Site Manager

Location and Working PatternSloughNights: 5:30pm to 6:00amApprox. 3-month contract (until December)Weekend work requiredResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all night-shift site activities including subcontractor teamsEnsure health and safety compliance and enforcement of RAMS, permits, and site rulesTrack progress against programme milestones and report issues promptlyOversee site logistics, deliveries, and access controlConduct quality inspections and maintain accurate recordsCoordinate with the day team for seamless project handoversSupport commissioning tasks as neededEnsure adherence to client and statutory compliance requirementsMust-have RequirementsProven experience as Night Manager, Construction Manager, or similar in large-scale projectsBackground in data centres, complex industrial builds, or high-spec technical environments (desirable)Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and CDM awarenessAbility to manage and direct night-shift operations independentlyWillingness to work regular weekends as part of the shift patternThe NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
