SAP Payroll & Time Advisor

Location: Broughton, hybrid 
Rate: £17.24 per hour PAYE 
Contract: 6 month with potential for extension

Morson are recruiting on behalf of a global aerospace and defence client for an experienced SAP Payroll & Time Advisor to join their Reward Operations team in Broughton.

You’ll be responsible for processing a variety of payroll, time and HR administration transactions, supporting employees with payroll queries, and ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions including overtime, one-off payments, P45s, court orders and statutory payments

• Process time-related changes including sickness, shift changes and overtime

• Respond to payroll queries via telephone and ticketing system

• Produce HR documentation including employment references and correspondence

• Support HR administration and flexible benefits processes

About You

• Previous payroll administration experience

• Knowledge of PAYE, SSP, SMP, pensions, student loans and statutory deductions

• Experience using SAP or another payroll system (SAP desirable)

• Strong administration and customer service skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident working independently and as part of a team
