Competitive Salary:

• Training and daytime shifts: £12.71 per hour
• Evenings and night shifts: £16.52 per hour
• Weekend shifts: £18.42 per hour

Working Patterns: Part Time: 24 hours per week

Early Rota - availability required between 06:00am and 18:00pm

Late Rota - availability required between 14:00pm and 00:00am

As a 111 Health Advisor you will:

• Answer calls from patients who need urgent medical help or advice.
• Use the NHS Pathways system to assess symptoms and determine the next steps.
• Provide reassurance, clear information and advice for safe patient outcomes.
• Bring empathy, patience and professionalism to every call.
• Make a difference with every conversation in this fast‑paced, rewarding role.
