Acting for a diverse client base, including developers, investors, major corporates, public bodies, charities, educational institutions, landlords, tenants, and entrepreneurs, you will advise on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.
You will manage a varied caseload including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, investment transactions, property development, and secured lending. Alongside managing your own matters, you will work closely with senior lawyers, contribute to business development initiatives, and support the mentoring and development of junior members of the team.
THE CANDIDATE:

You will have experience advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions, excellent technical ability, and a commercially focused approach to client service. The successful candidate will be proactive, motivated, and confident building strong client relationships, with a genuine interest in business development and the supervision and development of junior colleagues. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills are essential.
THE FIRM:
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected regional law firm with a national reputation for excellence in commercial property. Recognised by both Chambers and the Legal 500, the firm advises an impressive portfolio of clients ranging from household-name corporates and financial institutions to charities, developers, and owner-managed businesses. Offering high-quality work, a collaborative culture, and clear opportunities for career progression, this is an excellent environment in which to develop your career.
THE PACKAGE:
Highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package on offer, with high-quality work, structured career development, a supportive team environment and genuine opportunities for long-term progression.
