We’re looking for a committed and proactive Nature Projects Delivery Officer to join the Environment Team at the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA). This role is being offered on a 13 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This is a great opportunity to support the delivery of nature-based projects across the region – helping us protect and restore green spaces, attract environmental investment, and drive forward our Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS) and the West Midlands Nature Delivery Plan
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager – Nature, internal teams, and external partners including local authorities, environmental charities and national bodies. From managing data and coordinating meetings to supporting funding bids and project reporting, no two days will be the same.
