We challenge inequality and traditional responses to service delivery and ensure that we employ a strength-based approach to our work. The responsibilities will include, undertaking reviews, completing carers and adult needs assessments, covering duty, carrying out Safeguarding triages and attending relevant meetings with partner agencies and attending court hearings. We believe in coproduction and feel passionately that the people we support should be firmly in control of their life outcomes.
