About the Job
The Learning & Development Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Havering Social Care Academy, ensuring the efficient coordination and delivery of learning and development activities across Adults' and Children’s Social Care. This role involves managing training administration, maintaining accurate learner and programme records, liaising with training providers, partners and stakeholders, and supporting the planning, delivery and evaluation of learning and development programmes to ensure high-quality and timely workforce development support.
About You
We are looking for an organised, proactive and confident administrator with strong communication skills and a good eye for detail. You will have experience of providing administrative support, using IT systems accurately and managing competing priorities in a busy service environment.
You will bring:
- A good standard of English and numeracy, with appropriate administrative skills or qualification.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, with confidence using digital systems and records.
- Experience of supporting training, learning and development activity, planned programmes of work or similar administrative processes.
- The ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, senior staff, providers, partners and other stakeholders.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and maintain accurate information.
A flexible, customer-focused approach, with an understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, and information security.
