Location: Witham, EssexRate: £24.00 per hour LTDHours: 8-hour days | 5 days per weekShifts: Flexible working hours across two department shiftsOvertime: Readily available at the momentMorson Talent is recruiting for mulitpule skilled Leather Technicians to join our client, a specialist design, engineering and manufacturing business delivering luxury interior solutions for some of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, including Aston Martin, McLaren, Mercedes-AMG, Pininfarina and Gordon Murray Automotive.This is an exciting opportunity to work on ultra-premium, low-volume vehicle programmes where craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality are at the heart of everything you do.The Role
Working from their site based in Witham, you will be responsible for producing and finishing high-quality leather components for luxury automotive interiors, ensuring all products meet demanding customer specifications and quality standards.Key Responsibilities

Ensure products meet design specifications, tolerances and customer quality requirementsWork to exceptional standards of craftsmanship and attention to detailPerform rework and repairs on defective items where requiredRead and interpret patterns, drawings and work instructionsCollaborate with other technicians to achieve the required product finishMaintain a flexible approach to changing production requirementsAdhere to workplace health and safety standards at all timesSupport continuous delivery of high-quality luxury interior components
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Experience within an automotive leather, trim or upholstery environmentStrong leather handling and finishing skillsExcellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanshipAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, patterns and work ordersGood organisational and time management skillsA proactive, positive and flexible attitudeUnderstanding of workplace safety requirements
