Job summary

The Workplace Wellbeing Co-ordinator is a new establishment-based role within the Long-Term High Security Estate. It is designed to strengthen the way we support staff wellbeing locally, moving beyond ad hoc wellness activity and towards a more structured, evidence-informed and workplace-focused wellbeing approach.
This role is not about simply organising wellbeing events or signposting staff to support. It is about helping the establishment understand what is affecting staff wellbeing, identifying local risks and pressures, and working with leaders, managers, HR and staff networks to put practical support in place.
The successful candidate will help embed a consistent local wellbeing offer, with a focus on prevention, early intervention, peer support, post-incident care, trauma-informed practice, attendance-related support and continuous improvement.
