About the role
Specialty Trainee - General Medicine
Locum Specialty Trainee (ST3+/IMT3+) required for a twilight shift in General Medicine at the Mater Infirmorum Hospital (MIH), Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. This position pays £50/hr assignment rate.
The Medicine department at MIH requires locum cover for a twilight shift from 17:00 to 21:30. You will provide medical cover for general medicine inpatients during the evening period, manage new admissions, review acutely unwell patients, and hand over to the night team. The role involves working as part of the medical on-call team.
Requirements: IMT3+ or ST3+ level training in General Medicine or Acute Medicine. Valid GMC registration with licence to practise, right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, and minimum 2 professional references.
