Scopely is looking for an Systems Administrator, Enterprise Applications, IT to join our IT team in Dublin, Ireland or Barcelona Spain on a hybrid basis or Portugal or the UK on a remote basis. What You Will Do We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Application Specialist who will serve as the owner and strategic lead for our core collaboration and productivity platforms. This individual will be responsible for the architecture, integrations, security, roadmap, operational excellence, and AI enablement of platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom. The ideal candidate is both deeply technical and highly collaborative, with a passion for improving employee productivity through modern enterprise tooling, automation, and AI-driven workflows. This person should be a true expert in these platforms, proactively driving innovation, adoption, governance, and organizational enablement across the company. Serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom, Okta, and associated AI capabilities Develop and communicate platform roadmaps, governance standards, and long-term strategies for supported applications Own platform health, integrations, lifecycle management, licensing, and operational excellence Stay current on vendor releases, AI enhancements, security updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve the employee experience Lead the rollout, adoption, and organizational training of AI-powered workplace technologies including Gemini, Slack AI, Zoom AI Companion, Atlassian Rovo, and related tools Create and maintain technical documentation, user training materials, and best practices for supported platforms Partner cross-functionally with Security, HR, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions Act as the escalation point for complex platform issues, integrations, automation opportunities, and optimization efforts Drive workflow automation and operational improvements through integrations, scripting, and AI-driven solutions Manage enterprise application projects and communicate platform updates, enhancements, and changes to technical and non-technical audiences What We’re Looking For 3-5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Enterprise Applications Administration or SaaS Platform Management Deep hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom and related SaaS applications Experience owning enterprise application strategy, roadmaps, governance, lifecycle management, vendor relationships, licensing, and platform optimization initiatives Experience implementing and managing AI-powered workplace technologies such as Gemini, Slack AI, Zoom AI Companion, Atlassian Rovo, or similar productivity and automation platforms Proven ability to lead organizational AI enablement initiatives including user training, adoption programs, documentation, and change management efforts Strong understanding of emerging technologies, vendor feature releases, and industry best practices with the ability to proactively drive innovation and continuous improvement Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts, roadmaps, and platform changes to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation including SOPs, knowledge base articles, architecture diagrams, workflow diagrams, and end-user training materials Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to independently own and execute multiple initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments supporting global teams Experience partnering cross-functionally with Security, HR, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions Passion for improving employee productivity, collaboration, and user experience through technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions Please submit your CV in English.
