Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Key duties include conducting preventative maintenance on various systems, identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and executing repairs in a timely manner. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC. You should be comfortable working independently and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, may be required.
