Health & Safety Advisor North

We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor to join our team in the North, where you will play a crucial role in promoting a safe and healthy working environment. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with current legislation. You will conduct risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and recommend appropriate control measures to mitigate risks. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will provide guidance and support in achieving compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring that best practices are adhered to throughout the organization.

Your role will also involve delivering training sessions and workshops to staff at all levels, enhancing their knowledge and understanding of health and safety protocols. You will prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to incidents and safety audits, while actively participating in investigations of accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
