Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting customers with their shopping needs. Your day-to-day duties will include greeting customers, processing transactions efficiently, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, helping to create a positive shopping experience for all visitors.

In addition to customer service, you will support the team with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. You will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues to meet store targets and contribute to a high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential, as we value a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
