Client Care Advisor

As a Client Care Advisor, your primary focus will be to ensure that our clients and their pets receive the best possible care. You will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly, managing inquiries, and coordinating appointments through our online booking system. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be critical to their satisfaction and loyalty.

This full-time role requires a confident individual who can effectively manage payments, future bookings, and the day-to-day operations of the practice. You should be calm and attentive, with excellent communication skills and a passion for pet care. Flexibility is crucial, as the role includes early and late shifts, along with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
