Senior Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced and approachable Senior Receptionist to join our vibrant team at Waterlooville Vets for Pets, where reception is the heartbeat of our practice. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that our reception area runs smoothly. In collaboration with our Practice Administrator, you will oversee daily administrative tasks, support the reception team, and step into a leadership role during their absence. You will engage with clients both in-person and over the phone, ensuring they receive the best care and support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. We value someone who leads by example, brings out the best in others, and takes pride in the details that enhance our service. This role offers flexible hours between 33 to 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits including an annual leave increase after two years.
