Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a range of equipment and systems at customer sites. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and support, helping them achieve optimal performance from their equipment. You will troubleshoot technical issues, perform routine inspections, and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to document service activities, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, preferably in engineering or a related field, and have hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and repair. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential, as you will be visiting various client locations. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role.
