Client Care Advisor

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Client Care Advisor to join our growing team across our Ayr, Irvine, and Kilmarnock practices! This full-time role entails working 40 hours per week, including 2 in 4 Saturdays, and is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Client Care Advisor, you will be the friendly face that welcomes clients and their pets, ensuring that every visit is a positive experience.

You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with clients, answering their queries, and supporting our clinical team. We are looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working with people as much as they do with animals. A full UK driving license and access to transport are essential as this is a multi-site position.
