Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their queries, maintaining product displays, and ensuring stock levels are replenished in a timely manner. You will be expected to handle transactions efficiently and accurately, while also promoting current promotions and offers to enhance the overall customer experience.

In addition to customer interaction, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. This includes keeping the sales floor tidy, ensuring items are properly tagged and priced, and assisting with inventory counts as required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver the highest standards of service. Previous experience in retail is preferred, but not essential, as we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn above all.
