Youth Development Lead - Foundations (Glasgow)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Development Lead to oversee our Foundations program in Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating youth development initiatives that empower young individuals within the community. You will lead a team of youth workers and volunteers, fostering an environment that encourages personal growth, skill development, and active citizenship among participants. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic partnerships with local organizations, schools, and community groups to enhance program outreach and effectiveness.
