Veterinary Receptionist

Gamston Vets4Pets is seeking a dedicated and friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, working 27.5 hours per week. Your primary role will be to deliver exceptional service to our clients and their pets, ensuring that every visit to our practice is a positive experience. You will be responsible for greeting clients, managing appointments, handling payments, and providing support to our clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be key to ensuring our clients feel valued and informed throughout their visit.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a love for pets, along with strong computer literacy to navigate our online booking system. Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work primarily on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and one in four Saturday mornings, with the potential for additional hours as needed.
