Experienced Receptionist / Client Services Manager

Chester Vets for Pets is on the lookout for an Experienced Receptionist/Client Services Manager to enhance our reception team and continue delivering outstanding service to our clients and their pets. In this role, you will provide both administrative support and direct client-facing service, ensuring an efficient and caring veterinary experience for our community. Your responsibilities will include managing client communications, resolving complaints professionally, and assisting with marketing initiatives to promote our services. Strong interpersonal skills will be critical, as you liaise between clients and our clinical team.

We are seeking a compassionate, organized individual with experience in a clinical customer service role, ideally with knowledge of veterinary practices. This part-time position offers 25 to 30 hours per week, including one in two Saturday mornings.
