Digital Account Director / Digital Growth Manager
Up to £45,000 | Leeds, Hybrid (3 – 4 days/week in office)

You’ll act as an outsourced digital strategist for a portfolio of lead generation and B2B clients – driving the strategy, coordinating specialists across PPC, Paid Social, Organic Social, SEO, Email and Web Dev, and being judged on what actually matters: leads, opportunities and commercial impact.

What You’ll Bring
A strong background in digital marketing, either agency or client-side
A strategist’s mindset – comfortable turning analytics into commercial recommendations
Broad channel knowledge (PPC, SEO, Paid/Organic Social, Email, Web)
Confidence with Google Analytics, GTM and CRM platforms like HubSpot
Strong stakeholder and client management skills
A proactive, accountable, naturally curious approach

The Package
Up to £45,000, depending on experience
Hybrid working – 2 to 4 days a week in office
