Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Senior Cost Manager to join an award winning, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy based in Derby with hybrid working available.

Please note – if you are a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager seeking the next stage of their career will also be considered for the role of Senior Cost Manager.

Role

As Senior Cost Manager, you will be involved in projects from inception to completion, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including assistants and apprentices
Providing Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services from inception to completion
Cost planning
Cost management
Value engineering
Tender management
Financial reporting
Budget management
Employers agent
Valuations
Remuneration
