Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable and efficient. Key responsibilities include assisting customers on the sales floor, answering inquiries about products, and providing recommendations based on their needs. You will also operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle returns or exchanges in a professional manner.

In addition to customer service, you will assist with maintaining the store's appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the retail space. Teamwork is essential, as you will collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and participate in promotional activities. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential, as we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
