Veterinary Care Assistant / Receptionist

Join our brand-new Vets for Pets practice in Cardiff Ty Glas as a Veterinary Care Assistant / Receptionist, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to pets and outstanding service to their owners. In this exciting position, you will be the welcoming face of our practice, responsible for greeting clients and their pets, managing bookings, and maintaining accurate client records. Your day-to-day activities will also include supporting our veterinary and nursing team by preparing consulting rooms, assisting during procedures, and ensuring a clean, organized environment for both pets and staff.

We are looking for a compassionate individual with a genuine passion for animal welfare and customer care. Your ability to multitask in a busy environment, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be essential to your success in this role. Previous experience in customer service, reception, or animal care is preferred, though we welcome applicants willing to learn.
